STEP TWO

Consultation Process

Each prospective client will have a “discovery” call with Jay, the owner of Green Side Up Contacting, to discuss the project’s overall scope. Once we understand the general scope of work, we will determine if a design is required.
If a design is required, we will contact our design partner, who will schedule an onsite consultation where design ideas will be exchanged, and notes, measurements, and pictures of the area will be taken.

STEP THREE

Design Process

Our design partner will take all the information gathered from the onsite consultation and will create a preliminary 3D design for you to review. This design will consider all aspects: grading, existing trees, structures, and of course, budget.

Once the initial design is completed, the client will be presented with a layout and encouraged to provide feedback so a final version of the design can be provided.

When the final design is created, the client will also receive a take-off that includes all the approximate measurements.

STEP FOUR

Estimate

Once the design has been finalized and agreed upon, we will be sure to send you an estimate that will include our material recommendations. From here, we’ll be able to meet with you to discuss your thoughts on the material and walk you through selecting the suitable material (including colours) that fits your budget and your space.

STEP FIVE

Permits

Once the final estimate is approved, we will apply for any required permits. Permits are needed for decks, cabanas, and pool construction.

STEP SIX

Construction

Once everything is ready to go, Green Side Contracting will schedule the construction of your project and prepare the machinery, the crews, materials, etc.
Our foreman, project manager, landscape designer, and the entire crew will work together to stay true to the design, timelines, and budget.
